Qualifications

• At least two years as a General Manager or equivalent store leader with full operational accountability.
• Three to five years of progressive restaurant management experience.
• Experience managing front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Proven ability to drive sales, control labor and food costs, and manage staffing.
• Active ServSafe Manager certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of daily shop operations and four-wall P&L performance.
• Drive sales, profitability, labor efficiency, and waste reduction.
• Review performance data and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Build staffing plans and schedules aligned with forecasted demand.
• Maintain inventory controls, ordering, receiving, and product rotation.
• Manage POS, digital ordering, delivery, and shop technology.
• Lead product launches, promotions, and company programs.
• Identify issues early and coordinate with District Manager on solutions.
