Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of guest service on the gaming floor.
• Be punctual and ready at your workstation at shift start.
• Know gaming systems to provide accurate information to guests.
• Upsell casino items and promote Unity benefits and promotions.
• Capture guest contact information and assist with sign-ups for the Players Club.
• Follow handbook policies and maintain respectful communication with peers.
