Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation on the Cincinnati casino floor seeks a Customer Recruitment Associate for the Players’ Club. You will recruit memberships, increase rated play, and assist guests with questions through direct contact, direct mail, telemarketing and written correspondence to boost loyalty and retention.

The role involves circulating the casino floor, delivering exceptional customer service, instructing guests on the Players’ Club point system, and supporting Hosts with development events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years experience in customer service.
• Excellent oral and written skills and exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible in work schedule.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentation, e-mail, and player tracking systems.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.

Responsibilities

• Circulate on the casino floor and assist customers with requests and questions.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote Players’ Club benefits and events.
• Instruct customers on the Players’ Club point system, awarding prizes and proper use of the club card.
• Assist Hosts with Player Development efforts and events.
• Help guests navigate promotions that must be redeemed at a kiosk.
• Promote qualifying offers and perks to guests who do not have a Host, by directly calling or emailing.
• Approach and knowledge uncarded guests.
• Discuss the benefits of the Player’s Club to any uncarded guests who accumulate a certain point level.
• Build relationships with internal and external guests.
