Speaking first, greeting the guest with a positive comment, and sharing their name with the guestb. Asking how they may assistc. Utilizing the guest’s named. Assisting the guest and assuring that their needs have been met and exceedede. Upselling an item of the casinof. Sending the guest to their next destination with a positive parting comment· Representatives are expected to capture phone numbers and email address of guests· Work the gaming floor when requesteda.
