Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos is seeking a Retail Associate to support gift shop and retail outlets across properties. You will help manage inventory, price merchandise, and provide exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include processing purchases, entering data into the POS system, coordinating shipments, and assisting with promotions and displays. You must be able to stand, lift up to 25 lbs, and learn our retail software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D and 6 months to 1 year cashiering/guest services experience.
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn retail software quickly.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service to customers.
• Be familiar with the inventory and pricing processes.
• Perform monthly inventory, process purchase requisitions, and enter retail data.
• Record merchandise deliveries, compare with orders, and report discrepancies.
• Inspect pricing and adjust as needed; take orders by phone and ship via UPS.
• Coordinate promotions and prepare merchandise displays and advertising copy.
