Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Detroit, Michigan is seeking a Marketing Representative to be the face of excitement at the MGM Rewards desk. You will promote and enroll guests in the MGM Rewards program, helping them unlock exclusive perks and experiences while supporting promotions and events.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience. Ability to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience in a resort setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with requests and answer questions about the MGM Rewards program.
• Explain program updates and promote the MGM Rewards program consistently.
• Enroll guests in the MGM Rewards program and help redeem points or offers.
• Research and adjust offers, rewards, tier credits, and comps as needed.
• Navigate Patron Management and other computer systems to process transactions and reservations.
• Assist hosts with discretionary MGM Rewards Points, comps, dining and hotel reservations.
• Coordinate and run company-wide promotional events and ticket or gift distributions.
