Job summary

Altar’d State in Knoxville is seeking a Guest Lead who will guide daily store operations, deliver outstanding guest service, and help achieve store goals through teamwork and brand presentation.

You will coach associates on guest interactions, maintain compelling visual displays, ensure compliance with policies, and represent the brand with a polished appearance. This role includes opportunities for advancement and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including prolonged standing, lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experience and adhere to service standards.
• Lead and coach associates on guest interactions and performance.
• Maintain clean, presentable store environment and merchandising displays.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures as directed by management.
• Adhere to loss prevention policies and procedures; participate in walk-throughs.
• Represent the brand with appropriate dress and grooming standards.
• Lead as on-duty supervisor when required; drive teamwork and accountability.
• Support brand initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies.
