Altar'd State in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a part-time Guest Lead to support store leadership in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining visual presentations, and driving store goals.

You will coach associates, model teamwork, uphold guest-service standards, and handle opening/closing procedures while keeping a clean, presentable store and ensuring loss-prevention policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
