Job summary

Arula is seeking a Guest Lead to direct activities that achieve store goals, deliver world-class guest service, and drive sales while maintaining merchandising presentation. You will lead by example, build relationships with guests, and coach associates in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 18+, prior retail experience preferred, and the ability to perform physical tasks including standing, reaching, and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team to meet store goals and guest service standards.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when managers are not present.
• Support coaching and development to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, restocking and recovery to maximize productivity.
• Maintain a clean, brand-aligned store environment and safety.
