Job summary

Arula is seeking a Brand Representative to drive revenue and deliver exceptional guest service through relationship building and product knowledge. You will maintain a clean, well-organized store and ensure adherence to Arula standards.

Reporting to Store Leadership, you will coach team members, model brand values, and support store goals while maintaining retail operations and visual presentation with a guest-centric focus.

Qualifications

• Fosters a guest-focused team environment by anticipating guest needs, guiding interactions.
• Serves as Manager on Duty when managers are not present.
• Develops team to achieve store objectives through coaching and retention.
• Communicates clearly to all levels of the team.
• Supports loss prevention and protects company assets.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through exceptional service and relationship building.
• Maintain a clean, well-maintained store environment and merchandising standards.
• Present brand standards in dress, grooming and window displays.
• Lead by example, manage store operations and staff scheduling.
