Viejas Casino & Resort in Alpine, CA seeks a Guest Service Information Operator II to manage a high-volume switchboard and provide prompt, courteous information across gaming, entertainment, dining, retail, and hotel services. You will assist with CMP questions, comps, and guest promotions while maintaining confidentiality and a professional demeanor.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities, plus experience with guest tracking systems and PMS.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong guest service orientation with ability to handle high-volume calls.

Mansioni

• Answers all incoming calls via main lines, operator lines, and voicemail.
• Answers all text messages via text messaging program.
• Handles information requests across gaming, entertainment, restaurants, retail, hotel.
• Uses HOTSOS and InfoGenesis for dispatches and guest orders; follows up for satisfaction.
