Job summary

Viejas Casino & Resort is seeking a Club Supervisor to oversee Club Hosts and ensure a high standard of guest service. You will interview, hire, train, and supervise staff, plan work, and direct daily activities to deliver a premium guest experience.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and high guest satisfaction during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of the Club Hosts including scheduling, hiring, motivating, and appraising their performance.
• Provide daily communications to inform team members of events, promotions, programs and activities.
• Ensure staff understand club benefits and how to encourage sign-ups for the player’s club card.
• Evaluate gaming activity to determine comp eligibility and guest profitability.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by delivering excellent, personalized service and handling inquiries effectively.
• Coordinate with Surveillance and Security on issues such as card fraud and guest security.
