Job summary

Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is seeking a hotel front desk/ switchboard associate to handle calls, route messages, and make reservations for the hotel, Vintage Restaurant, entertainment, and events. You will resolve guest concerns calmly, maintain knowledge of the property, and support smooth operations across departments.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, a clear speaking voice, and the ability to multitask in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with PBX equipment or hotel reservation systems preferred.
• Must possess excellent communication skills and a clear speaking voice.

Responsibilities

• Answers switchboard and directs calls to appropriate individuals.
• Delivers messages to the appropriate department or individuals.
• Makes, confirms, and cancels reservations for guests and events.
• Resolves guest issues in a fair and timely manner.
• Maintains knowledge of hotel and events to advise guests effectively.
• Handles urgent matters calmly and coordinates with management or security.
