Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist for the Old Town location. This role ensures VM strategies and standards are brought to life on the floor, executing product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing to optimize guest experiences.

The candidate will implement product stories, placement strategies, and sell-through plans, adapting displays to store needs while delivering a world-class guest experience on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above; training or degree in design or a related field

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through consistent implementation of brand standards in key product stories and store navigation.
• Execute powerful and visually appealing product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Execute VM flips, including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal changes.
• Connect with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into the guest experience.
• Provide feedback and training related to brand standards and display techniques to team members.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment.
