Job summary

High 5 Hospitality LLC is seeking a friendly server to create memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced setting. You will greet guests, take orders, suggest menu items, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service.

Strong hospitality skills and accurate POS use are essential. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of food service experience, are able to multitask, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18; strong customer service skills.
• 1-2 years experience preferred, but training available.
• ABC Certification - DE is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and engage in conversation.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter into POS.
• Inform guests about specials and promotions; recommend items.
• Enter orders correctly into POS and coordinate with kitchen.
• Ensure guests meet legal drinking age requirements.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper food handling at all times.
• Process payments accurately and handle tips.
