Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediately for full-time or part-time dine-in Servers, Waitresses or Waiters. No prior experience required—we train you and you earn tips as you learn.

You will deliver an exceptional hospitality experience, learn the menu to help guests choose, take and serve orders, and handle payments. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
