P.F. Chang's is hiring dine-in food and beverage servers for immediate start. You will provide exceptional guest experiences, engage guests on menu options, and guide them through their dining experience from seating to payment.

No prior experience required; training is provided. We value strong service etiquette, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. State minimum age and food-handler requirements may apply at locations.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and etiquette are essential.
• Ability to maintain sanitation practices and follow safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages where required.
• Food Handler’s Card if applicable, assistance provided to obtain it.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers hospitality by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understanding the menu to engage guests and answer questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience, taking and serving orders and processing payments.
• Knows seating layout and server areas to efficiently deliver food and beverages.
