Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• TIPS and Food Safety certifications required.
• Ongoing training in hospitality and service encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional and attentive service from arrival through departure.
• Greet guests, present menus, take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and promotions.
• Make confident beverage recommendations and respond to guest requests.
• Process checks, payments and maintain clean server stations.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and responsible alcohol service standards.
