Job summary

HHM is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver courteous food and beverage service in line with brand and sustainability standards. You will take orders, manage payments, and support the team in busy periods while upholding guest satisfaction and safety protocols.

The role emphasizes flexibility in shifts, occasional holiday/weekend work, and opportunities for growth through a defined progression path within the restaurant group.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and enter in the POS system.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and accuracy of orders.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas.
• Stock service stations with supplies like ice, napkins, straws.
• Buss and assist in food prep areas as needed.
• Prepare guest checks and process payments when appropriate.
• Assist with bartending during peak periods.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and aim to improve scores.
• Follow HHM EarthView sustainability guidelines.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
