Job summary

HHM Hotels is looking for a dedicated Restaurant Server who will provide food and beverage service to guests with a focus on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have previous food and beverage experience and knowledge of POS systems.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverage to guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Take food and beverage orders and place orders in the point of service system.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas.
• Stock service stations with items such as ice, napkins, or straws.
• Prepare guest check and complete payment transaction if appropriate.
• Practice safe work habits and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
