Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year experience in law enforcement or gaming security preferred; excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to walk and stand for at least 8 hours a day.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Generates written reports regarding security-related incidents involving guests, team members and/or the facility.
• Escorts and observes guests and team members to ensure safety; reports hazards for resolution.
• Acts as Dispatcher during emergencies and coordinates solutions, informs outside agencies as directed.
• Operates property vehicles as directed.
• Maintains knowledge of facilities and events to advise guests and staff as needed.
• Ensures safe transportation of money and assists in opening/closing gaming tables.
• Interacts with guests and team members professionally.
• Attends departmental meetings to facilitate information flow.
• Maintains keys and accesses locked areas as necessary.
• Performs all other assigned duties.
