Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent English literacy and communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire date.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Strong report writing and computer skills.
• Ability to obtain a license from the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
• Ability to work with integrity in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide directions and courteous assistance to guests.
• Investigate all incidents within the premises and document findings.
• Assist injured guests with first aid or CPR as needed until help arrives.
• Verify guest ages to ensure compliance with age restrictions.
• Patrol parking areas by vehicle to monitor safety.
• Escort employees handling monetary assets when required.
• Complete written reports as assigned.
• Control traffic flow and maintain a safe environment.
• Deliver high level customer service and security.
• Monitor casino areas for disturbances and report concerns.
