Job summary

Victra is seeking Sales Support Representatives in Suffolk, VA to deliver world-class service to Every Guest. You will support our team's sales process, share product knowledge, and connect guests to what matters most in a friendly, engaging environment.

The role involves assisting with account reviews, merchandising, and customer interactions, with a flexible 8–25 hour weekly schedule and a starting wage of $14.77/hour. Paid training and onboarding are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction to ensure a positive visit.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present product recommendations.
• Provide product benefits and recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Create personal connections with guests and make technology approachable.
