Job summary

Victra is seeking Sales Support Representatives who deliver world-class service to Every Guest. In this part-time role, you will support our sales process, share product knowledge, and help create the ultimate in-store experience.

You will handle merchandising, data transfers, customer inquiries, and account reviews during busy periods, while maintaining store cleanliness and a friendly, guest-focused environment. Flexible hours (8–25 per week) and paid training are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak vacation periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, merchandise recommendations, data transfers, and guest queue triage during busy periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
