Job summary

Victra is hiring part-time Sales Support Representatives in our stores to deliver world-class service to Every Guest, Every Time. You will support the sales process, share product knowledge, and help create an exceptional in-store experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with account reviews, merchandising, and customer interactions while maintaining store cleanliness and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays (Nov–Dec) and peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during busy periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Provide product benefits and recommended solutions during interactions.
• Create personal connections to make tech look simple.
