Job summary

Victra is seeking part-time Sales Support Representatives in Virginia to deliver world-class service. You will support the sales process, share product knowledge, and connect guests with what matters most, becoming the face of Victra.

You’ll handle account reviews, merchandising, and guest interactions in a fast-paced store. The role starts at $14.77/hour with training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of customer service, preferably in retail or service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and guest queue triage during peak times.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction; ensure a positive visit.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations to customers.
• Create personal connections to simplify tech for guests.
