Job summary

Victra in Blue Ridge, GA is hiring Sales Support Representatives to deliver world‑class service to Every Guest. You will support our sales process, share product knowledge, and connect guests to what matters most. You will be the face of Victra!

We offer opportunities for advancement and a supportive team environment. Sales Support Representatives work a flexible schedule ranging from 8 to 25 hours per week. This position starts at $12.00.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside peers and store leaders to support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Take the lead on merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring each visit is a positive and memorable experience.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present thoughtful product and service recommendations.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Support a fast‑paced store environment by assisting the team with guest interactions, account reviews, and customer follow-through.
