Job summary

Victra in Onley, VA is seeking a part-time Sales Support Representative to deliver world-class service and create memorable guest experiences.

You will support store leaders with merchandising, customer inquiries, and product recommendations while maintaining an inviting in-store environment and strong teamwork. This role offers paid training, flexible 8–25 hour schedules, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside peers and store leaders to support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Take the lead on merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring each visit is a positive and memorable experience.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present thoughtful product and service recommendations.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Support a fast-paced store environment by assisting the team with guest interactions, account reviews, and customer follow-through.
