Job summary

Victra is seeking Sales Support Representatives to deliver world-class service to every guest. You will support the sales process, share product knowledge, and connect guests with what matters most. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with product and service recommendations.
• Support store operations including merchandising and cleanliness.
• Provide outstanding service during every guest interaction.
• Contribute to account reviews and data transfers during busy periods.
• Create personal connections to help guests understand tech clearly.
