Ultipro is seeking a Crew Person to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will ensure guests have a positive experience, prepare quality food, and keep the facility clean and safe.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 75 lbs, and adhering to food safety standards. Applicants should be at least 16 years old with reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours, including opening or closing shifts.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provides guests with a positive experience and maintains a clean, safe dining environment.
• Prepares quality food products according to standards and menus.
• Cleans and stocks station areas; performs other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Handles products according to food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Adheres to cash control guidelines and uses supplies efficiently.
• Communicates effectively with team members and guests.
• Participates in additional duties as business needs require.
