Job summary

Ultipro is hiring a Crew Person to support restaurant operations. You will provide guests with a positive experience, prepare quality food according to standards, and keep areas clean and safe.

You will work at assigned station, stock and clean, ensure hot, quality products, follow food safety and cash handling guidelines, and respond to changing business needs. The role requires enrollment in high school, at least 16, reliable transportation, and willingness to work flexible hours including

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provides guests with a positive experience and maintains service standards.
• Works assigned station(s); cleans and stocks areas; performs other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Ensures hot, quality products; prepares, packages and delivers products per Menu Standards.
• Follows food safety, handling and sanitation requirements to ensure health and safety.
• Follows cash control guidelines to minimize costs and uses supplies and equipment properly.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Performs other duties or special projects as needed.
