Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Crew Person to contribute to a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will be responsible for preparing quality food products, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the shift.

The role requires basic high school enrollment, being at least 16 years old, reliable transportation, and flexibility to cover openings or closings as needed.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Minimum 16 years of age.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including opening/closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a positive experience and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Prepare quality food products according to standards and keep prep areas clean.
• Ensure hot, quality products are prepared, packaged, and delivered per menu standards.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures to protect guests and staff.
• Adhere to cash handling guidelines and minimize costs where applicable.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Perform other duties or projects as required by business conditions.
