Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Crew Person to deliver a positive guest experience, prepare quality food products, and maintain a clean, safe restaurant environment. The role entails working assigned stations, following menu standards, and performing duties to support daily operations.

Qualifying candidates are 16+ years old, enrolled in high school or with a diploma, and must have reliable transportation and flexibility for shifts, including openings/closings.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a positive experience by following service guidelines.
• Prepare, package and deliver products according to Menu Standards.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation compliance.
• Keep station clean, stocked and organized.
• Communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.
