Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a hospitality associate to serve food and beverages with a focus on guest satisfaction. Greet guests, take orders, and ensure accurate delivery while maintaining cleanliness and compliance with liquor regulations.

Responsibilities include using the POS system, upselling desserts or specialty coffees, and supporting team members as needed in a fast-paced hotel restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations.
• Hold a Food Handler Card or in the process of certification.
• Must have TABC license.
• Basic knowledge of English to communicate inquiries and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and explain specials or promotions.
• Take accurate beverage and food orders and input into POS.
• Deliver orders promptly with correct condiments and presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and replenish beverages as needed.
• Adhere to liquor regulations and safety policies; report incidents.
