Job summary

Delaware North's Patina Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Patina 250 in Buffalo, NY. You will lead day-to-day operations, model guest-focused service on the floor, and support both front-of-house and culinary teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership, at least two years of restaurant management experience, and a passion for coaching high-performing teams while maintaining high standards of hospitality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a managerial position in a restaurant with similar dining style, capacity and volume.
• Hands-on, floor-level leadership with guest interaction and coaching.
• Strong commitment to hospitality and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign tasks for service and kitchen teams, monitor shift coverage and quality standards.
• Assist with team member training and performance feedback with open communication.
• Maintain positive guest relations and uphold high standards of service and hospitality.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including inventory for bars and front-of-house operations.
