Job summary

Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring a Restaurant Manager for Hencraft in Buffalo, NY. You will lead day-to-day quick service operations with a hands-on presence in front and back of house, engaging guests and driving service standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a Restaurant Manager role, strong leadership, and budgets/cost awareness; you’ll coach teams, manage scheduling, and monitor POS accuracy while maintaining high safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years as Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Experience managing budgets, cost control, inventory, and P&L understanding.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate teams.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily quick service restaurant operations with front- and back-of-house coordination.
• Train, motivate, and develop team members to maintain high performance.
• Maintain guest relations and address concerns professionally.
• Assist with ordering, inventory, scheduling, and operational reporting.
• Monitor POS system for errors, price variations, and accuracy.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards.
