Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a Security Officer to ensure guest safety and protect assets at our resort in Las Vegas, NV. The role emphasizes guest-focused service, incident response, and threat prevention across guests, owners, and team members.

The position requires a two-year background in security/hospitality or customer service with high guest contact, valid licenses, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Two years of Security, Hotel, or customer service experience with high customer contact preferred.
• Must obtain LV Metropolitan Non-Gaming Sheriff’s Work Card.
• Must obtain and maintain an Alcohol Awareness Card.
• A valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador of goodwill and provide outstanding guest service to all visitors and employees of the resort.
• Assist with lockouts, malfunctioning keys, and other operational issues; identify and engage suspicious persons.
• Patrol the resort to ensure safety and security of guests, team members, and assets; address hazards and respond to emergencies.
• Act as first responder to all guest and team member injuries; administer first aid and coordinate emergency services as needed.
• Field security calls and dispatch; liaise with emergency services; maintain security reports and records.
