The role requires reliable, friendly staff who can handle a fast-paced environment and operate the POS system accurately while maintaining safety and neatness throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry card use and machine selection.
• Operate register/point-of-sale accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of products and upsell where appropriate.
• Keep shelves stocked and notify management of low supplies.
