Job summary

Laundry Capital is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate at our Broadway location in Lawrence, MA. You will assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection, retail purchases, and wash-and-fold orders while maintaining a clean, safe store.

You will operate the register, stock merchandise, and help customers with questions. The role offers a sales bonus, uniforms provided, and opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for up to 8+ hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection and operation, retail purchases, and wash-and-fold orders.
• Operate the register or point-of-sale system accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of products and encourage add-on purchases.
• Keep shelves stocked and report inventory or janitorial supplies low.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to a supervisor.
• Follow safety practices and company policies, including attendance and uniform standards.
