Matrix Hotels seeks a Hotel Front Desk Agent to be the guests' first contact at 524 Aviation Road, Queensbury, NY. You will handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest inquiries to ensure a smooth stay.

Qualifications

• Experience as hotel front desk agent or receptionist
• Willingness to be trained
• Familiarity with travel websites (Booking, TripAdvisor)
• Strong customer service mindset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Handle check-in and check-out tasks
• Manage online and phone reservations
• Inform guests about payment methods and verify card data
• Register guests with required details
• Welcome guests and assign rooms
• Provide information about rooms, rates and amenities
• Address guest complaints promptly
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready
• Upsell facilities and services when appropriate
• Maintain records of bookings and payments
• Assist VIP guests and event attendees as needed
