Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant at Courtyard Montgomeryville to maintain clean, inviting guestrooms and provide attentive, courteous service to guests.

You will thoroughly clean rooms to brand standards, restock supplies, and report maintenance or missing items to the supervisor. This on-site role requires physical stamina and clear communication with team members and guests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent or related hotel experience.
• Ability to stand during shift and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Good verbal and written communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Prepare and stock housekeeping cart with supplies.
• Remove trash and soiled linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, public areas and closets.
• Restock cleaning cart for next day’s use and report missing items.
