Job summary

Pulse Hospitality LLC is seeking a part-time Hotel Front Desk Agent to deliver a guest-centric experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate brings front desk hotel experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for creating smooth check-ins and memorable stays.

Responsibilities include warmly welcoming guests, handling check-ins/outs, answering phones, managing reservations, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Hotel front desk experience preferred, with emphasis on guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Demonstrates guest-centric attitude and service mindset.
• Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced hotel lobby.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; uses good judgment with guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and check them in/out accurately, following hotel and brand standards
• Provide information and resolve guest requests with a calm, professional approach
• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries, coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed
• Handle reservations, changes, and cancellations while maintaining accurate records
• Process payments and manage daily front desk tasks with attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure readiness for each shift
• Document incidents and guest interactions according to policy and procedures
