Qualifications

• Experience working at a hotel front desk or in a guest-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to stay friendly and solution-focused.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them in/out following brand standards.
• Provide information and resolve guest requests in a calm, professional manner.
• Answer phones and coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments.
• Manage reservations, changes, and cancellations with accuracy.
• Process payments and perform daily front desk tasks with attention to detail.
• Keep the front desk area clean and organized for each shift.
• Document incidents and guest interactions per policy.
