Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland Downtown, located at 1100 Carnegie Avenue in Cleveland, OH, seeks a Housekeeper to maintain guest rooms and public areas with a focus on cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include stocking supplies, cleaning assigned rooms, and assisting with housekeeping tasks across the property. A positive attitude, reliability, and ability to follow procedures are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing fields preferred.
• Can-Do Attitude: positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to Follow Guidelines: understand and follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Handle Pace and Pressure: work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Listening, Conflict Resolution: effective at listening to and resolving concerns of guests and co-workers.

• Hospitality and Guest Service: desire to serve all guests.
• Age Requirement: 18 years or older.
• Schedule and Travel: willing to work evenings, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Clock-in/Out: arrive and clock in on time; never work off the clock.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
• Pre-Cleaning and Stocking: stock supplies and tools, attend morning stand-up, manage linen.
• Clean and restock rooms as assigned per shift.
• Take on additional cleaning projects in storage rooms and public spaces as needed.
• Maintain front and back of house areas to be well-organized and clean.
