SSA Group in Florida is seeking a Food Service Associate to deliver warm, memorable experiences for every guest while supporting front-of-house and line prep in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, welcoming experiences for every guest and client.
• Assist restaurant prep for daily operations (FOH and line).
• Meet safety, quality, availability, merchandising and guest service standards.
• Document safety logs and monitor food temperatures, rotation, and waste.
• Maintain proper uniform, hygiene, and glove use.
• Uphold SSA safety rules and sanitation requirements.
• Support daily prep and item lists as assigned.
• Assist in ongoing operations in the assigned role.
• Address guest and client feedback with supervisor report.
• Stay informed on menu items, prices and specials for guests.
• Perform other tasks as needed and maintain a clean work environment.
