SSA Group, LLC. is seeking a Food Service Associate to deliver warm, welcoming guest experiences and support restaurant operations in daily prep and service.

The role requires attentiveness to safety, hygiene and quality standards across front-of-house tasks and guest engagement. The position emphasizes teamwork, initiative, and a flexible schedule to meet restaurant needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrates the ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideal candidate is a team player, personable, professional, upbeat and energetic, and takes initiative.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes (10-35lbs) as necessary to operation.
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Deliver warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client.
• Support restaurant prep (FOH and line) for daily operation.
• Meet daily quick service, food service, safety and quality, availability, merchandising and guest service standards.
• Participate in safety logs including food temperatures, rotation and waste as necessary.
• Ensure proper uniform, hygiene, hand-washing and glove use.
• Maintain a SSAfe work environment by abiding to all SSAFETY rules.
• Follow through daily prep and items lists, as assigned.
• Actively help to support operation in assigned role, supporting holes as necessary.
• Respond to guest and client feedback, with report to the supervisor to mitigate further occurrence.
• Communicate issues to Restaurant Supervisor/Operations Manager regarding daily service or quality.
• Remain knowledgeable of all menu items, prices and specials for sharing with guests.
• Perform other tasks as deemed necessary.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Uphold and demonstrate understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Present a clean and welcome experience for guests through sanitation requirements.
