Job summary

SSA Group in the United States seeks a Food Service Associate to support front-of-house operations and guest experience. You will help with daily prep, maintain service standards, and assist in safety and cleanliness across the dining area.

The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication, flexibility, and problem-solving skills, able to work varied hours in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, welcoming experiences for every guest and client.
• Support restaurant prep (FOH and line) for daily operation.
• Meet service, safety, quality, availability, merchandising and guest service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene, including uniform and glove use.
• Communicate issues to supervisor and respond to guest feedback.
