Job summary

SSA Group, LLC. is seeking a Food Service Associate to support front-of-house operations and prep, ensuring a welcoming, clean, and safe dining experience for guests.

You will follow SSA safety standards, assist with daily prep, manage guest interactions, and communicate issues to the supervisor. Must be flexible with hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and adherence to policies while contributing to a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform SSA EXTRA Guest Service steps to create a memorable guest experience.
• Support restaurant prep for daily operation (FOH and line).
• Maintain safety, quality, availability, merchandising and guest service standards.
• Participate in safety logs including temperatures and waste as necessary.
• Uphold sanitation, hygiene, and glove use; maintain a clean work environment.
• Communicate issues to supervisor and remain informed on menu items and pricing.
