Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a Food Service Associate for on-site roles across locations, including Florida. You will engage guests with warmth, support restaurant prep, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. You will contribute to a clean, organized work area and maintain sanitation compliance while delivering a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideal candidate is a team player, personable and energetic, with initiative.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 10–35 lbs.
• Able to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming experiences for every guest and client.
• Supports restaurant prep (FOH and line) for daily operation.
• Meets daily quick service, food service, safety and quality standards.
• Participates in safety logs including temperatures, rotation and waste.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Upholds sanitation requirements and company policies and procedures.
• Communicates issues to the supervisor to mitigate potential complaints.
• Keeps knowledge of menu items, prices, and specials to share with guests.
