Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a dedicated Food Service Associate to join our team. You will help with daily restaurant prep, ensure quick service standards, and maintain safety and quality while engaging with guests and clients across locations.

Responsibilities

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences.
• Supports restaurant prep (FOH and line) for daily operation.
• Meets daily quick service, food service, safety and quality standards.
• Participates in safety logs including food temperatures and waste.
• Maintains a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Uphold sanitation requirements and uniform hygiene.
• Communicate issues to supervisors regarding daily service or quality.
• Remain knowledgeable of menu items, prices and specials for guests.
